From Lantana to Prufrock: perfect coffee

The FT’s weekend magazine has asked top barristas about making the perfect coffee. Nice photos by Baptiste Kreyder too.
Seb Emina (AKA the London Review of Breakfasts) says: “Independent or, as they’re properly known, “specialist” coffee shops have been on the ascent for the better part of a decade, and London is now recognised by the world’s most hardline coffee fanatics as a place they could conceivably spend some time in.”
He says roasters such as Monmouth (reviewed by Cafes That Are Not Franchises here) have achieved superstar status.
Amen to that.
